Recently, we introduced a new DEI structure and business-wide DEI strategy, shifting our focus to ensure we take a broader view of DE&I, recognising that individuals have multiple dimensions of diversity that intersect and influence their experiences within the workplace.

Pride@Asahi

We are focused on supporting a workplace environment where all sexual orientation and gender identities are recognised, affirmed, supported and celebrated. We have run Ally training for a number of employees across the business and are involved in key Australian and New Zealand events that celebrate pride. We participate in the Pride in Diversity program and support Wear it Purple Day each year.
