I like to “do the rounds” when I get in and say hello to everyone–definitely an advantage of working in a smaller office is that you have pretty close relationships with the entire team, from paralegals up to partners.

I get to work on the largest piece of work I produce each month, a presentation on all the statistics and key performance indicators for the parts operations department.

I have spent the last few weeks learning about the various monitoring systems within the company and have previously led a similar meeting with my manager present. As such I am the lead on this uplift project which has been a great opportunity for me as a grad.

Adrian Hoffman studied a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) (Hons) at The University of Adelaide and is now an Ag Achiever graduate at Rural Bank.

Project Management requires good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to their requirements.

Tasks like this are time consuming, but rewarding.  I even get a “great work” email from the Senior Associate I am helping.

one of my colleagues is trying to figure out why a build is failing for testing.  I’ve got some time while waiting for my script to finish, so I sit down and we debug it together.  We help each other out as we’re all working for the same mission.
