Kim [00:00:10] We generally provide an outcome within 24 to 48 hours after the last interview for each pathway. Bearing in mind that sometimes there can be multiple days, depending on how many grads we're looking for for that particular pathway. And then after that, we do provide an outcome and specific interview feedback as well to every single person who has attended to an interview. As we know, this is very important for all the grads to know as well how they did and how they can improve. And hopefully if they do decide to apply at Telstra again, then that's an opportunity there for feedback as well.
