Justin [00:00:03] Kim can you share a little bit about what does the onboarding process look like for a new grad at Telstra? How's that sort of process go?
Kim [00:00:10] Yes so with regards to onboarding, the great thing about our onboarding process here at Telstra is that it is all done centrally, so everyone gets the same email at the same time with regards to, you know, getting your equipment. There's a little goodie bag there as well for yourself as an introduction to come to Telstra. In your first day there is going to be an induction where you'll be learning everything about Telstra and the different technologies that you'll be working with and how we can support you as well. And as you can imagine, Telstra is a massive place, so we want to be able to support you as much as we can as well. Pprior to that too your manager will be in touch with you prior to your first day just to introduce themselves to you and just so you know, you have a familiar face on that first day as well.
