What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
There are somewhat regular charity initiatives but again this is pretty much all Chch based, there are no volunteer days or stuff like that

We have a dedicated CSR team who organise initiatives. I have not yet worked on any CSR projects.
Graduate, Christchurch
I have not been personally involved, and am not on the CSR committee or aware of any projects or initiatives. This would indicate to me there is work to be done in this area.
Graduate, Wellington
Lots of fundraisers and firm donations to charities etc.
Midlevel, Christchurch
We are involved in charity work and various pro bono work. I have been involved in renewing a lease for a charitable organisation.

Hard to tell right now. They have done a revamp of their CSR with a lot of effort which will be exciting to watch grow. They are taking ideas and feedback from all staff which is also great.
Intern, Queenstown
We have a newly established CSR committee that is supporting three charities, but it is very much still in its beginning stages and there is more work to be done

I am not very sure what the firm does. I am aware that they sponsor many different societies and charities like LAWSOC and the 2022 Canterbury Tech Summit. However, I am not 100% to what extent the firm is committed to CSR. At the very least it would seem it is conscious of and strives to do charitable work in the community.
Intern, Christchurch
Upskilling seminars and team bonding

I haven't done anything, but I helped out for the corporate run.
