I believe it is mostly based on your PQE, but if you are performing very well then this can help you move up the ranks faster.

There is certainly scope to progress through the ranks.

I don't really know much about this, I am not in a position to be promoted.

Clear promotion and career progression structure. Plenty of open dialogue about it.

I'm not exactly sure what it takes to move up the ranks besides hitting your billable hours and producing quality work.

I was told in my interview that generally, Summer Clerks would take on full time roles when they graduate. Lane Neave also support graduates with completing profs, including time off, paying for the course, and helping with moving counsel for being admitted to the bar.

What I really appreciate about the firm is the ability to be able to grow within it. I have seen how quickly solicitors have been able to get their position from my role and it makes me excited to be able to be able to have the same opportunities.

PQE and performance reviews

I am not very familiar with the specific requirements to be offered a grad role.

I am not too sure about promotion possibilities currently as I am merely interning. However, from my understanding the opportunity to continue with the firm after interning is available (depending on how good a fit you are).

I hope to get a graduate role with Lane Neave post clerkship. I understand it takes hard work and adaptability
