How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Work hours and hours spent in the office are different things. Usually happy with my work hours. Would like to go into the office more but it's expensive and there's often no reason to.

Very flexible. We are trusted to deliver our work on time with no micromanagement.

I spend 2/3 days in office but most people in my team do not come in.

Ericsson is very good about work hours; being results-driven, there is never any pressure to be in the office between certain hours or a number of days per week (sometimes this would be nice, as mentioned above). Overtime is rare in my project, so work-life balance is great. Though I understand other departments are not so fortunate.

My company is quite flexible with office hours. There is a good trust between employee and company to manage our own time and decide when it is necessary to work from home and when it is necessary to come into the office. I really appreciate this aspect of working for Ericsson.

The company is quite flexible when it comes to working hours. I have a clearly defined set of work that needs to be delivered with weekly targets to achieve that I am free to do around the clock as it suits me (off course meetings need to be attended on their times but they are all planned with mutual consensus).

Very flexible but our day to day work involves frequent night works

It is very flexible.

My previous roles have mostly been involving night works and so my work hours in the office were only as a necessity. Currently I am able to come into the office for the events I'd wish to attend and for team cooperation when required.
