Culture at Capgemini is unmatched. Everyone is very inclusive and open minded. They welcome the grads and new hires and always try to get to know them, especially the onboarding leaders and grad coaches they made me feel safe and excited to work the next day. My friends in the cohort are also lovely and work is never boring with them. We have a number of communities dedicated to support everyones identity such as OUTFRONT (LGBTIQA+), Women @ Capgemini, Neurodivergent, Multicultural Mosaic and many more

During office hours- the company has a lot of young people in the office which is great as I felt have made good friends who I would also consider friends outside of work as well. Additionally, the grad program manager is very genuine and I genuinely believe he has all our best interests at heart. I feel allowed to be emotionally vulnerable around him and he provides me with great advice and wisdom. If I were run into issues at work, I am comfortable and confident that I have the appropriate channels to address those either by going to the managers for advice or escalating the issue within the company. There is a soft hierarchy with directors providing the graduates with work, however, I feel more than comfortable messaging directors, senior managers etc. about any questions that I may have regarding the work assigned and I am confident knowing that they will be happy to teach me. Socialising at work is great with frequent after work drinks on fridays. There is a lot of diversity at capgemini so a lot of religious colleagues do not drink but happily attend these social events which makes me comfortable not drinking either since I am health conscious. I have worked at a different company in the past and seeing the stark contrast between the two cultures was very surprising, having a healthy culture like capgemini's makes me actually want to be more productive and sign up for extra curriculars like the multicultural club.

The Capgemini culture in office is overall really positive. The graduate community specifically are really close and have a great foundation based off trust, support, inclusivity and respect. Invent in general operate with quite a flat hierarchy, where rank and role come second to supporting and helping a fellow coworker which is admirable. In terms of office hours, it's your typical 9-5 but I can't say enough good things about being able to maintain a good work-life balance, it's something the company advocates quite greatly for.

The culture for both in office and after hours are excellent. Everyone is equal and can express themselves/their ideas openly. We have heaps of events, activities and classes in the office as well as after work. Not to mention good work life balance!

Everyone seems very genuine as people, so things feel the same during and outside of work. There is a clear hierarchy in place, but this means little for social interaction - i.e., no one flaunts or flexes their status, everyone is treated equally. Teamwork can vary between people and projects - I would say it's good, and I would say to expect good things, but always be open to the fact that you may experience difficulties from time to time. Socializing is easy as most people are quite talkative.

The company is very focused on people and the supporting connection which is good. There is hierarchy but in practice people are very open to listening to ideas and working with people at all levels

The culture in the company is a very relaxed but energetic one. The people adhere to the values of the company seamlessly and create a very conducive atmosphere for work. I am always excited to get to work on a Monday!

Our company culture is very welcoming and engaging. Within varying teams we make it a plan to meet and get to know each other after work. Our grad cohort has become a small family and we really enjoy our retrospective meetings at the end of the week, debriefing what went well and what could be improved. Within a bigger collective, Capgemini is very work/life balance oriented and the higher level teams are always welcoming and want the best for us. I could not have asked for a better graduate employer!
