Management at BMD

9.1
9.1 rating for Management, based on 13 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
My current manager is a very good mentor for me. He is pushing me to do as many things as possible, technically throwing me in the deep end, but has also taught me to look for solutions/ information on my own, but is very happy to help out and explain things in a step by step process if I need any help

BMD have implemented a performance review program called Perform. Perform allows the managers feedback and rating to be saved and passed on.

Very satisfied with my managers. Great communication and mentorship with my direct reports. I have good relationships with upper management, and feel like my input into conversations is respected. This is largely due to being in the HSEQ team, as I'm in the same meetings as management regularly. Graduate engineers tend to have a different experience, as they don't see them as much.

My manager is great and an excellent mentor.

The senior leading team does such a fantastic job at interacting with the graduate engineers. Always there is giving advice and will be there to listen to your problem.

All I can say is amazing they are very helpful.

Managers are very open and are always more than happy to help. Mentors are very good, more than happy to share their knowledge/expertise and taking the time to explain concepts. Even with hierarchy, managers always facilitate inclusion for everyone.
