Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Everyone is very friendly to work with. Even for those who I don't get along with all the time, we still respect each other and make sure the project is delivered. Working on site is always good fun, everyone from the subbies to co-workers are really good to work with

Culture is very average within work hours and doesn't offer a lot of other social activities

BMD's culture is second to none, both in during work hours as well as after hours. Our site team was involved in a touch football team which we played on a weekly basis.

Somewhat "healthy" culture within Urban (Engineering), however the expectations from the direct site team are more difficult to manage and maintain boundaries. The foreman & LH / seniors management can pressure engineers to work longer hours which can disrupt work-life balance.

Very different culture in the office and in the field. Quite professional and friendly in the office, more rough in the field. Site based staff can be a bit gruff at first, but if they're not busy are usually friendly. Often have to work at building a relationship with site-based staff, but once you have one people tend to get along and have a joke with each other.

The culture in my team specifically is healthy and supportive. There are times where everyone is very close which helps in some scenarios and not in others. Overall, I feel I can accomplish my goals effectively and keep learning in my team.

Culture in BMD one of the best. Everyone respect each other regardless of which country you are from, you age and gender. When needed help everyone is there for you.

For me, it is really hard to speak English language as English is not my first language, and the Australian accent are too thick, I am still coping with that. However, they know your nationality, and they will try to adjust, and they will teach you as long as you as questions.

Collaborative and helpful. Tasks are distributed accordingly and appropriately to each role with realistic deadlines. Everyone looks out for one another and understands each other's strengths. Weekly events held after hours i.e., going to local pub to enhance team bonding.
