Your role

Responsibilities:

Baker Tilly's Accounting Pathfinder Program is an immersive, two-day in-person experience that will provide participants with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the culture of a successful accounting and advisory firm. Through hands-on learning and team-building activities, you can network with current Baker Tilly professionals to learn how they work with and support their clients.

During this program, you will:

  • Gain exposure to client work assigned to new staff in a Tax or Audit service line.
  • Acquire knowledge of work-life balance as a Tax or Audit professional.
  • Experience first-hand and directly from their staff, the culture of Baker Tilly.
  • Opportunity to meet Baker Tilly employees.
  • Enjoy friendships, social activities, and team activities.
  • Tour a Baker Tilly office.
  • Develop and construct case study skills.

About you

To be considered, successful candidates will:

  • Be actively enrolled or plan to declare an undergraduate degree in Accounting and be on track to earn 150 credits by 2026.
  • Have outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Display excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain integrity within a professional environment.
  • There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this program.
