    As a Future Business Graduate at BAE Systems, you will experience, develop and gain competency within any of the following areas, depending on your rotational placements:

    • Supporting strategy based decision making through desktop analysis and competitive intelligence work
    • Supporting the Business Development team with opportunity analysis and investigation
    • Supporting the Capture team through supporting capture team leads with various business winning activities, attending and organising workshops and colour reviews
    • Supporting bid execution through assisting the bid manager achieve desired outcomes by arranging meetings, attending workshops and driving activities to meet bid schedule

    Depending on your degree, you may be considered for adjacent disciplines that enables flexibility throughout the graduate program.

    To be eligible, you must be due to complete in 2021 (or have already completed) a university degree qualification in an appropriate discipline. You will also need demonstrated team work and communication skills coupled with a desire to grow and learn. Due to the nature of our work, you'll also need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.

    What next? In terms of next steps; shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in a phone screening. Subsequent stages of the recruitment process will include attending an interview (online), completing an online logical, numerical and abstract reasoning test, reference checking and background screening in addition to pre-employment health assessments for some roles.
