Ampol has provided me with many development opportunities beyond my day-to-day role to help me develop well-rounded knowledge and skills.

There is so much knowledge and experience within Ampol and I have met so many passionate people who are keen to share their experiences.

I chose Mechanical Engineering because I feel that it is an area that can cover other disciplines. The skills are transferrable and universal.

The great part of working at a company like Ampol is that you get the opportunity to work across a wide range of roles, even if you come from a particular background.

As a graduate you need to be open to learning a lot of new things and trying things even if you don’t think you will enjoy them.

I’m involved in various retail focused/customer-centric digital initiatives in a varied capacity as a Business Analyst & Project Manager.

I chose Ampol because it provided a great organisational fit for my existing skillset, whilst also providing avenues to broaden my business acumen and exposure.
