All areas of diversity are very well represented and conversations are encouraged. Leadership has a genuine care for gender diversity and individual wellbeing. Maternity / paternity leave is equal and pretty much all employees get involved with cultural appreciation, networks (Pride, Disability, Veterans, Mental Health, etc.).
